Delivery
Your goods will be delivered no later than 1-2 days in Metro Manila, 4 days in Luzon, 8 in Visayas and 12 days in Mindanao except on holidays. Make sure that your relatives or housemates are aware that you are expectinag a delivery and always leave the money for payment in case you are not at home to avoid delivery problems
Return Policy
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. The customer should shoulder the shipping fee. The refund will be sent after we receive the returned product. Please keep the receipt.
Defective item will be replaced. Customer should send a video of the defective item as proof. Replacement may take 7-10 business days.

To refund your purchase, please return the product to its original packaging with all the parts and deliver the package to the following address:

After sending the package to our warehouse, please send the shipping receipt to our Facebook Page and we'll deduct the shipping cost to your purchase amount. Upon inspecting the product, we'll remit the remaining balance to you through BPI, BDO, or any local remittance centers accessible to you.
